Default Cheap Audio setup for my 83?

I have been looking to get some updated audio system in my 83 Dodge. I have been told on another board to get the Pioneer Head Unit($120 maybe) and Pioneer speakers($53 somethin) from Wal Mart, Im trying to keep it under 200 dollars, and be able to find it easily. I think the speakers in my truck are 6x5s. Not real sure.

their 6.5" round actually.....what kind of sound do you want out of it? if you just want to throw somethin in there so you will have sound then pretty much anything will work as long as you keep it name brand....

They do, it said it on the box too. It took me and my dad 4 hours to install it. We dont mess with audio much. We bought an adapter kit that would work with my truck but it didnt so we had to track down all the wires and all that mess. It does sound good for only $232 dollars. Definatley better than stock.
