Default is this a blown fuse? need help! dont know whats wrong

soo i was trying to solder the power and ground wires for the surius radio i still can't seem to get working.

first of all, yes i know im an idiot.

now that that's out of the way, i think when i was soldering, i touched the iron to both ground and power at the same time. (since thats all i can think of that could have gone wrong) when i tried putting the deck back in and started the truck, the HU doesnt work, also the rpm, speedo, and gas tacks weren't working. i attempted to check which fuse could have been blown but i just can't figure it out after pulling a few different ones. the fuse in the power wire was ok too.

an ideas wtf i did/what i can do

2 fuses to the radio. 1 in the left IP. Called Radio fuse. 10 amp. 2nd under hood. Radio fuse 15 amp. The 10 amp provides the switched power. The 15amp under hood provides battery power.

Since the cluster isn't working either probably the one under the hood. It also powers it.
