Default Back-up camera

Alright I was surfing through some old threads but came up short with answers. Does anyone know a good back-up camera, similar to those ones on the lexus and bmw's, that actually light up and show a decent picture when you back up. I already have a 7 inch monitor flush in my center consle and I was weary about getting one of those $50 cameras off eBay. Anybody have any sug. on what is good/bad?

I had one on my RSX that was actually an outdoor home security cam, color by day and b&w at night. It had built in night illumination led's. It was about 1" in diameter and 3" long. It was already 12v with so no conversion necessary. The video out was BNC, so I did need a BNC to RCA adapter.

I don't remember, the company I worked for was an AV shop with a security division. I can't remember the brand either, but nearly any 12v weatherproof security good cam should work.
