If that's the case, I'll want them replaced....

I'm facepalming myself over here on their responses so far. At least they are responding I guess...but clearly are not reading or comprehending what I'm telling them....

I have one OEM remote that I am able to successfully program, so I know that I'm entering the programming sequence correctly. Here's a video I took to show the steps I took:

Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks,

this is the reason it is not working (notice how the part numbers and look are different)

here is the correct remote you may return the incorrect one for a refund

I understand the difference between the two. I am trying to program the LHJ011 remotes that I bought from you to my 2005 Silverado. The part number matches the OEM remote that I have for the 2005, so I know I purchased the correct ones.

I can't believe Ebay sellers have gotten so bad lately. I had some heads shipped to me and the guy said there was no way the heads could be damaged in shipping because he packages them so well. He stated this over and over after I told him how poorly they were packaged. Then I sent pictures of the heads and the lack of packing material along with some pictures of the damage. Not long after the pictures I get a response with a return shipping label...

Got an email today that they are sending me replacement remotes. Hopefully I'll have better luck with round 2.
