If the enclosure is not divided, you could unhook one of the subs and use it as a passive radiator or remove and block off that hole to allow the single sub ~1 ft3. It may actually be louder and deeper that way.

TxSilverado do you still have this truck? Is it an extended cab? I just sold my 04 extended cab and I have a custom built down fire box that is 1.25 cubes each chamber. It MASSIVELY changed my system vs when I tried a prefab under seat box.

There's a few other low cost easy things to do to help your system too.
