Default Amp cuts out at high throttle

Hey guys . I’ve been having problem with the company that installe my aftermarket stereo .
i got kenwood dbl dim . 2 - 10”w3 . Mods and highs .
4channele alpine amp running mods and highs and 1200w mono running subs ..

ive let the stereo guys that installed e system look at it 4-5 times now and it’s seems they can’t figure it out .
stereo plays fine when under reg throttle but the moment I smash it to the floor , I get big cutt out sound and the amps shut off ,decks stays on . No sound , gotta turn off the head unit and sound comes back ..

im begginning to think that the stereo company fucked something up . I don’t know much about the stereo stuff , why I was hesitant to put a system in but here we are lol any help is greatly appreciated

Is there a over voltage protection on the amp and at high rpm alternator putting out too much and throwing it?

I have took it back to the stereo guys 5 times and these guys can’t figure it out . I have a high out put alternator . Looking at my maestro gauges at High rpm my alternator drops to 12v . Mostly it cuts out at high rpm blasts , it has cutt out at half throttle aswell..

Your voltage sounds too low at WOT making the app cut out and go into protection mode. It's not because you're making too much voltage.

I wish that was the case . I did put the stock alternator on and clipping was still there ..
Although I seen 14.4 at wot ..

Also did some research today , apparently the gmt 900 exam cuts volts to the alternator at wot .
also this might be a stupid question but the amp runs off the batttery how does the alternator effect the amps cutting out ? Alt only charges the battery and keeps it charged , so the amps constantly have a 12v supply . Kinda doesn’t make sense to me
