Does anyone know how to get rid of feedback from using an RF modulator that plugs into the cigarette lighter?

Got a cool Modulator that plugs into the cig lighter and mounts my Ipod; only problem is I get a whining from the alternator and goes higher with rpms.

do you have a stock HU?

 

IF you have an aftermarket HU all you need is this cable that u plug into an auxiliary input and plug the other end into your ipods headphone jack and itll be perfect


Dont ever buy "IPOD CAR KITS"

 

the only way to get rid of that is to ground your cig lighter better using a larger, shorter wire. It's a PITA and i'd just get an aux input like everyone else said.
