Default Aftermarket bluetooth

Well a few of my friends have bought trucks/cars with bluetooth factory installed. I think it's a pretty sweet deal. I have an 05 cc with a factory cd player and steering wheel controls. Just curious to hear about your experiences with the aftermarket products out there to install it. Any info is welcomed. Do I have to change my head unit? Is there a system that is as good/better than factory installed? Cost? Just wondering for down the road. Thanks for all your input.

I have a Pioneer system with BT and I love it. I play Pandora from the iPhone straight to the head unit.... I love it.

I don't have OEM controls with my year, but I do have a control pod that I can attach to wheel. I do believe there is a harness available for you to use your OEM controls. I really have no need for controls b/c I have mine set up as voice activated, with mic pod installed.
