If I were you, I would wait a few months... CES just passed and as showed above, all the new Pioneer Units will be coming out... Also, Alpine Finally Pulled the D-310 from their line up after what, 3 years! Id wait and see what alpine will bring out to Replace the D-310...
I currently Have the D-310 and I love it! Especially with the 701 Processor...

Are you selling your D3 or do you own a stereo shop??? Do you know about the new Pioneer stuff coming out?

That is probably what I am going to do.. I seen some pics of the new pioneer stuff and it looks to be really nice!

I just ordered the Dual in dash double din 7" lcd. I have a couple friends with them and they like them. I went to one of the local audio shops and he sold me on the Dual. He could have sold me on much more expensive items but he said the Dual in his past experience has been a problem free electronic compared to the pioneer he had. He told me JVC is the best right now in his opinion. I bought this on ebay brand new with the installation kit for $350 compared to buying it for $499 at the local audio shop.

Kenwood is coming out with a 2din 7" with 5v preouts and garmin nav

I'm waiting until march to buy a deck, probably gonna buy the kenwood unless I really hate the menus but the 5v and dual zone has me sold.

That's funny the 8v pre outputs was one of the main reasons I got the elcipse av8132.
