Don't beat yourself up over things you have no control over. It is out of your hands now.

How in the world did they scratch the paint like that? By slamming the door shut on tools?

The interior stuff, I can understand how it could happen... My truck's interior is a little scraped up from all of stuff I have in and out of it. (I'm not saying it's excusable here...)

they couldn't tell me how they chipped the paint, go figure.

scuffs are repairable, wood screws through plastic and silcone for window modules are just careless

I feel your pain, i had a pretty crappy experience with my stereo install. This guy i knew told me he could get stereo stuff for cheap, i was originally planning on doing the install myself but he said he would do it for free (he owns a stereo shop btw), so i said ok. Well after the install i ended up having to go through and re-do everything myself. He used crimp ends instead of soldering and when he crimped the connectors he didn't crimp them tight enough so the wires where loose and it would create static. I also went back to the guy once before i had gone through the system and he said i blew my door speakers so he charged me for new ones and didn't even change the speakers (there was a mark on one of the old speakers that was magically there on the "new speakers"). Also he told me he put mtx 6000's in for the subs and they where 4000's and then he installed the amp with wood screws on the back cab wall and the screws went through the cab and touched the bed. There where also a few interior parts that where broken from this. I didn't say anything or take any action but now i wish i did, i ended up repairing and fixing all the damage myself
