Default 2005 Silverado Brake Lights Not Working

So.. Been a while since Ive been on.... had to find my password!

Like the title says Ive got no brake lights when the pedal is pressed

The tThird brake light works when brake is applied..
Signals work when turn signal lever is moved..
Hazards work when applied.. So I know the bulbs are good I'm stumped

Q1. Is there more that one fuse to check? Ive checked STOP LP fuse its fine.

Q2 If one bulb is out/broke would that affect the other? I've taken one side off and it fine.. but because of a minor fender bender (never let your teen aged son drive your truck!) I cant get the other side off. Looking at it it looks ok...

THX for your help

If the thrid brake light works that eliminates a brake switch, the turn signals should a separate bulb... Being that your truck was in a fender bender i would check the ground and see whether you are actually getting power to the brake light terminals.... The brake lights run on a separate circuit from the high mount, so you couldve lost power or ground in the accident to the lower lights and still have the high mount... Which side did the truck get hit on? There is a junction block under the bed that the brake lights get power from.... And iirc ground is shared between both sides..

The fender bender (it was really minor... but the damage has compressed int body work into the light component (which is undamaged) ) was some time ago.. So I'm pretty sure that IS not the answer...

There are three lights in each fixture.. back up on bottom,, brake in the middle and running on top.. the brakes light up when the hazards are flashing.. the running lights are working and the back ups come on when in reverse

Just got back in from looking at the connectors.. they looked undamaged..Ill take a closer look tomorrow.

There is also a junction box under the bed for the rear tail lights. I believe its under the drive side rear of the truck. A friend of mine had an issue with his having a loose connection there. Not sure if it was internal or if the pin was loose.
