Default Boosted Street truck tcase

Ok guys I'm in the market for a new truck, got a line on the company shop truck it's a really clean rclb 04 gmc sierra 4wd with the 5.3 I'm wanting to boost it (build a built engine later on) and have a really quick street truck, I've been thinking about doing an awd swap for better 60' times. I was reading into the Nv149, I plan on building a 4l80e to go with it, but what kind of headaches am I going to run into with that swap? Will I need to upgrade anything besides the input shaft? Plan on around 650 1000+in the future wanna have it all done ahead of time so I just have to swap engine and retune
