Default 2004 GMC Sierra Stereo Cuts out totally

Any ideas why I pull into the driveway or anywhere with the stereo working. Go out 15 minuntes or so later and start the truck and nothing, no sound period. Happens periodically.

Anyone having or had the same problem?

Yep for sure, only happens when it's hot or facing the sun.

I have the o4 Sierra extended cab z71 Bose system with amp I guess under the cup holder. I was told that it’s not a radio issue it’s a speaker issue that when one goes out they all go out. Or the amp can overheat and **** down I heard
