Default 09 GMT900 AMP Install

I have a 2009 Silverado Extra Cab. Keeping the stock in dash radio head unit. Single CD with XM. Thruck has on-star that I want to keep.

I have a stealth box that installs in the center of the seat area or console. I have Kicker 300 watt mono AMP that has the line sensing for the remote turn on. I need to know what I need to hook it up from the head unit.

I see this PAC unit and looks like it will work but only if I want two AMPS? Can it be used for just one? I want to keep the factory head unit playing the stock speakers front and rear and have the AMP and sub driven from the rears to keep the chimes out. It doesn not look this this PAC connector does that?

Can I just tap the rear speaker wires with some other type unit? Would this one work?

Or this?

Where did you tap into the speaker wires at? behind the head unit or near the doors in the rear? I would like to get wires from the rear and keep dash wiring left alone. Also what are all those other wires for on that thing. It has seven wires?

well since my truck has the bose with a built in woofer inside the center console, it was placed inside there using t-taps to tap into woofer signal wires if im not mistaken..but it is located under the center console cup holder for sure.

You can catch the rear speaker wires inside the b-pillar and there is room for the LOC to stay in there. Keeps your rca's nice and short.

Some place near the rear of the truck right? Anyone know what side the 2009 wires run down? Drriver or pass? Color codes for the rear speaker wires?
