04/05 gm radio swap?

04/05 gm radio swap?
I have a 04 gmc yukon denali with the cd/tape head unit. It also has the cd changer below and xm. Would a 05 yukon denali head unit work in mine, it is the same radio as mine. Or does the dealer have to reprogram it? Like i said it is the exact same radio.
