Default 01 Gauge Cluster Lights

So I just replaced my 01 Silverado gauge cluster with a Denali one to get the higher speedo and trans temp gauge. But now the parking brake light and high beam light won't turn on in the dsah. The check engine light does turn on like it should but the driver seat belt light lights up but only half of the icon. Turn signals and everything else works fine. I plugged my old cluster in and everything works fine in the old one. I have swapped light bulbs and installed them both ways as well. I can not figure out why the parking brake and high beam light won't turn on in the dash with this new cluster. Any ideas? Or just a bad cluster?

What year cluster?

Are the pin outs the same between the clusters? That’s about all I can think of,

They are both the 00-02 clusters. I don't know if the pin outs are the same they should be I don't see anyone else saying you have to move pins around. What I can't figure out is the driver seat belt light is half lit. Looks like it's cut in half diagonally. Turn signals are fine. I think ABS light is fine can't tell because I don't have a ABS issues.

Is it a known good cluster or someone said it was good?

I bought it from TwistedChevy on here and he sells a lot of them. He said it was 100% and I believe him but those lights would be easy to look over.

I found this picture it looks like there are a lot more light bulbs on the top of the gauge then the back of the circuit board shows. The smallest of the bulbs you can't replace from the twist locks on the back of the board I bet it is these bulbs that have gone out. I will take mine apart and see how this plays out and will update the thread. Thanks everyone

I’m betting some of those are burnt out.

Yeah exactly you can't see those bulbs unless you take the cluster apart like the shown picture. I hope this helps someone in the future.

Those smaller ones are LED's. They generally don't go bad..

Do you have any idea what the part number or what kind of bulbs those are besides just LED's?
