Next up... our ported hi flo oil pumps. The problem being, we never went over the finer points of the pumps, why they are "hi flo" and why they are better than most of the other pumps out there. So before I laud about our ported pumps, let me go over those parts of our std pumps.

Why are our pumps "hi flo"?
The internal and external dimensions are VERY close to the ls6 and slp pump so they fit well and work with any chain/spacer set (double row also). The casting transitions in the main body are kept to a minimum to allow for more volume of oil, less restrictions, and ease of flow through both inlet and outlet. The tolerances are also closer to have less pumping loss/cavitation vs most stock style entry level pumps. The precision machined face is also checked for flatness on our ported pumps.
Machined cover, blueprinted internals and cast body make for a heavy duty affordable pump that fits single and double rollers. The pumps come with both style of pickup tube O rings.

RPMSpeed oil pumps have less casting issues out of the box than most of the more expensive pumps out there! Even so, we decided to fix what wasnt broken and ported them!

The inlet and outlet are evenly transitioned and smoothed out. The precision machined and coated front cover is checked for flatness, and the heavy duty precision machined georotors are checked for flatness and any burrs or clearance issues. All pumps come assembled with low profile front cover bolts for less clearance issues and are prelubed to drop in and go!

We have a fresh batch of ported pumps for PT members for $85 shipped til the 25th.

Our reg pumps are $65 shipped for PT members til the 25th also.

You can upgrade any part of any of these kits including ls9 head gaskets, earls or arp head bolts/studs, durabond cam bearings, clevite P or H series rod and main bearings or any numbe of forged rods or pistons. Are you looking to get more from your 4.8 or 5.3 and dont want to spend a ton on a supercharger? We have the solution! Build a 5.1l out of a 4.8l crank and rods or a 5.7l out of 5.3 crank and rods.

We are running a special on our 3.898 kits for cars and trucks!! Works for ls1s also!
$585 for the complete build kit! Still includes billet barbell as well!!

A little more info on the BILLET BARBELL we offer in every gasket kit and every rebuild kit.

The Oil Galley Barbell in your LS based engine is something that is over looked. And yet it serves a very important mission of directing oil to the oil filter. If oil leaks past the Barbell it will go unfiltered directly to the Cam Bearing, Lifters, Crank and Rod Bearings. The factory Barbell is approximately .020” to loose so particles as big as 500 Microns can leak past the factory Barbell. Your oil filter will filter out 15 to 25 Microns depend on the brand of filter. Our 6061 Aluminum Precision Billet Barbell fits with approximately .001” clearance which will let only about 20-25 Microns pass by, that same as the filter.

Another important part is the shaft of the Barbell. The oil has to flow around it to get though the oil port. Our Billet Barbell has a 30% smaller shaft for much less flow restriction.

We have also added a 1/4-20 threaded hole in the end of our Barbell for easy removal. Just screw a 1/4-20 bolt in and pull the barbell out. No more digging and prying to get the factory one out.

Better engine protection from much less and smaller particles bypassing, smaller less restrictive shaft for better oil flow, replaceable High Temperature Viton O ring and for ease of service a threaded 1/4-20 hole.
Why would you ever put the plastic factory Barbell back in your expensive LS engine build?
