Ordered the headers from Texas-speed Thursday and they were at my door Monday! The customer service is top notch. The header quality is far superior to pace setter (my pacesetters rub on the steering shaft) and the price is stupid cheap for a stainless setup...........

I just got some an installed. I like them. One problem though, the passenger side front o2 sensor bung is pointed directly at the frame rail. So the sensor won't fit on. Not sure what's going on there but I don't like it.

[QUOTE=ZR1 DREAMING;4836948]I be willing to bet on a mild 5.3 you'd actually lose power going from a 1 3/4" header to a 1 7/8".[/]
I had 1-3/4 headers on my 5.3 and I layed down 490 to the wheels. I will be putting it back on the dyno tomorrow now that I have 1-7/8's installed. Should be over the 500 mark
Nice to hear that TSP is making this headers. I'll be hitting y'all up for a few sets and I will be very intrested on 1-7/8's

WTF is that about? I am interested in a set as soon as I get a explanation for this.

Sorry, not the frame rail. It's pointed at the heat shield there for the cat if it were there. Took heat shield off to see if I could get it in there an the o2 sensor hits the body of the truck. My trucks a 2000 and has the big o2's. I'm gonna have to get another bung welded in.
