Includes
Intercooler, cold pipes, silicones, clamps, compact bov,
Mounting hardware.

I'm still working on upgrade prices when a turbo kit is purchased.

Sure 75.00. No bov and no welded flange.
You would have to weld your flange to the piping.

do you bead roll the in and out of the intercooler? Is the bracket for the a frame included?

Intercooler inlet/outlet have a machined lip to keep the couplers in place.
Intercooler comes with 4 brackets.
2 top
2 sides.

Yes 5" is a huge core.

What would be the "general" rule of thumb for the different sizes as far as hp or cfm are concerned? At what point would a 4" be an improvement over 3" and 5" over 4"? Will the larger set up hinder spool time any?
