just verifying before i place an order. this is the same for 06Sierra 2wd? i want the same gears so this is the package i need right? what brand gears would those be?

 

the website says 1990-2000 10 bolt. its the same for an 06 right?

 

Hello, this package includes USA Standard gears. For your 2006 model you will need the 8.6 package rather than the 8.5. the install kits are different between the two.

Hello, depending how you drive the truck you may want to consider a 4.56 ratio. 4.10's will be fine, but I usually recommend a 4.56 with 35" tires. The install kit for the 2009-newer models is a little more expensive than the older models. A package with USA Standard gears front and rear along with master install kits will be $425.00.
