Gotta do whats best for the business in all cases, otherwise you're done. This thread has been a learning experience and I'll holler at you when I need something that you sell. Good luck on the sale!

I wish this was a couple years ago, your truck is just what I was looking to build. Sick truck, if you sell it I'm sure someone will be very happy. It just won't be you. Haha, best of luck man.

I have to know what its worth before I sell it, if I can't get at least $32k for it then definitely wouldn't sell it, thats why I was asking what people thought the truck was worth in my build thread because people that have read this thread know everything about the truck.

IMO... it's valued at... KBB + 50% cost of mods = ~ $32-35K

You said you have $25k of add-ons... so that's my guess ^^^

The pain will be finding someone to come up with that money though... it's tough because you can't finance over what the vehicle blue-books for

I have a question reference the IAT sensor.

Is there anywhere on the lower manifold that an IAT sensor can be placed? Instead of running the sensor in the MAF?

I see the 2010+ Camaro kits have a plug that can be removed to mount the sensor. I dont recall seeing that option on my lower intake manifold! Wish I would have known about this issue when I had the blower off of the car and completely apart.

The Whipple supercharger kit relocates the IAT sensor to the back of the lower manifold near where it relocates the MAP sensor to.

I have decided to keep the truck, I just cant part with this thing... I just most likely will not be able to do any further mods to it for a long time lol.

Also, if you didnt use the iat sensor in the back on the lower manifold and you want to add one but do not have access to it anymore and dont want to remove your supercharger, there is a plate on the front lower manifold that can be removed by 4 screws. You remkve this and add a port for iat etc. right there as well as anything else you want to add such as vacuum or boost related references and easily reinstall it.

My Whipple is an older 2.3 top mount that does not have the IAT relocation. I contacted Jeff @ Whipple who has came up with a solution for older kits like mine. Whipple only recently added the IAT into the lower.manifold by the map sensor. My kit is approx 3-4 years old.

All the lower manifolds should have a port between cylinders 5 &7. Ill be using this port with an IAT sensor. The sensor has long leads attached and reads the air directly below the inter-cooler. However, thanks for the info Mike!
