Default vendors responding to e-mail

A few companies I have e-mailed request for help/info for purchasing have failed to respond to me. Neither Thunder nor Vinci responded back. I am talking weeks not hours or days w/out feedback. Another grinder has contacted me and has gotten my business. If you do not have the time to respond to e-mail, do not offer it as a means of communication. As I am sure most customers are aware, most e-mails go answered and I am not referring to the above mentioned only (I may have been their only oversight). E-mail is the new voice mail.

Count me in also! You would think with all the money they could be making they would hire someone to do nothing but respond to e-mails and answer the phone!

yep these vendors need to get their priorities straight and hire more people...

it doesn't take them long though to charge your credit card.

Just call them? I've dealt with Thunder a lot and they've always been quick to answer the phone and help me out!

That's what he was saying. If they aren't going to bother with answering emails, why offer it as a form of contacting them?

Same here. I don't know about most of you but, I work all day. Nobody is open when I leave my house and they are all closed when I get home. A quick email at night is the only chance I have to contact people sometimes. Maybe I'm way out of line but, If I send a company an email at 8pm, I excpect when I get back online 24 hours later, I should at least have an automated response saying they got my message OR.....an actaul answer to my question Two days MAX!
