Everyone makes mistakes and sadly miss communication happens quite often. I see it a lot in my business.

I received the cam last night, a refund for the 2 day shipping would be nice since there was no notice of the cam being drop shipped... However, I really don't care since they didn't bother calling to resolve the issue in the first place. Anyway, time to enjoy my summer and get wrenching.
