weel men i have a problem with one of our sponsors. I ordered my TOG headers on the 5 of MAY! and still have not seen them or herd from anyone.When i call they tell me that they well call tog and then call me back but they never do. I think I might canceal my order of 778$ and spen my $ some were else.

over 3 months is ridiculous tho... they really need to refund shipping AND maybe credit you back like 100 bucks or something.
I wonder what happened? Are the headers back ordered? And, I kno what you mean, ive called looking for an order before (not tbyrne) and they blame their suppliers and they are probably right to blame them, but than they tell you that they will call you back and never do... thats just not good business.

This is a common problem with TByrne....last year I waited 8 weeks for $768.98 worth of parts because of a manufacturing issue. That is not what I was upset about, though, what I was upset about was that there was no communication from TByrne over those 8 weeks. I had to initiate all communications, and when I did, he gave me no real information. I ended up having to call the manufacturer directly to get status, because he was not calling the manufacturer to get status. It became apparent that right after he got my money, he stopped caring.
And he had my money the entire 8 weeks, so I was stuck.
That experience with TByrne told me that all he really cares about is getting his money from his customers, he doesn't care about keeping them informed, or ensuring they are happy.
I would have liked to believe that things change over time, but this post makes it clear that with TByrne, they haven't.
If this way of doing business is okay with you as a customer, then by all means, take advantage of the great prices he very often has.

Naked AV: We don't manufacturer products so we don't have control over what comes in and when. Most stock orders come into us in about 7-10 days while other manufacturers can take longer. We have a problem with an unnamed header manufactuer that produces their headers in batches (seperate vehicles... seperate sizes). That is done every 4-6 weeks (sometimes longer). This can cause problems when it goes longer than they don't tell us. We try to keep customers informed but we do many millions of dollars in sales each year so it is difficult to contact every customer to let him/her know the status of their order. That would be a nice thing through so maybe there will be someone here in the future that only does that all day. Helps keep customers happy all the time.
