Default Speed Engineering Kicks ***!!!

These guys have taken care of me on past projects with my Camaro, gave me an AMAZING deal on some 2" Kooks headers a few years back. When I got my NNBS truck I wanted to do headers, I called them up, they said,
  • "Pacesetters are the best bang for the buck, they will fit 2wd NNBS, you can get them in coated or uncoated"
I said
  • "Send'em, and an ORY too"

Well, after the order was placed a few days passed then one of the guys up there emailed me, said,
  • "hey, those headers are on back order, it will be a few weeks before they come in"
I said
  • "no problemo bro, thanks for letting me know!!"

About 24 hours passed and I got another email that said
  • "hey, I have a set of coated headers, if you want we can send those instead of your non-coated headers and you'll have them a few weeks quicker... just pay the extra shipping to get them there quick."

ofcourse I was down with it, they got here quickly and safely!! Couldn't be happier with the service I've gotten from Speed Engineering over the years... Keep up the great work guys!!!

Thanks guys. Appreciate the comments. Seems the bad ones are always heard, but never the good transactions.

Wow...That is a hell of a deal.

I've only had the pleasure of dealing w/ them once. Ordered some MSD's and when the wires came in I noticed that the box said LS1 Camaro/Vette wires. I called them up and they (assuming I spoke w/ Sean) told me they should fit assuming they were long enough but if not that they would gladly send me the proper ones.

Sean fyi: They dont fit. They are not long enough...

I didnt get a chance to complete the transaction as I found a member on a local forum who wants them. Should have them gone by Thursday and planning on calling them back to re-order the truck ones.

Looked into it and found out what happened. Had a brain fart. We're in the middle of updating our entire website and when i copied them in from the LS1 section i updated the MSD Black wires part number, but forgot to change the Red MSD wires part number. Either way got it fixed. You got a PM btw.
