Yea, Yea, I know. There is another thread with the same damn title under this one. Could it be coincidence? Doubtful. I really cant say enough about him.

Lets just say that i had a few questions about flow rates and what not and Richard did a fine job explaining it. Im not even a customer but he took the time to discuss the topic in depth. I really have to say that i have talked other vendors and asked questions and they have been somewhat shady because i havent bought from them. Excellent customer (or noncustomer) service. Helluva Guy!! If im ever in his market, ill definately choose WCCH!! Thanks again!
