Cool kudo's to blownchevy

I see Brian is peddling his gear and I want to tell folks what kind of dealer he is
I bought my Radix from a private seller[ new in the box] but not from a dealer.
Brian had sold or traded the kit to the guy I bought it from.
Actually got it from parts sales section below.
The kit was shipped to me with lq9 fuel pump which wouldn't work in my 5.3 tank. I called Brian and he shipped me the correct fuel pump kit, UPS
express to Canada, no charge, no freight, nada, didn't even ask for the lq9 pump back.
I was having some tranny issues [after Radix] and hoped [in error] my bud at the dealer would gear me up. First thing they did was flash my pcm. So of course the truck would barely run like that.
I called Magnason and the only way they would gear me up was to return my
superchips to them for update and they would then send it back to me.
They would NOT send me a new tuner without having the old one back even
with my credit card on file. This would have taken about 2 weeks considering where I live.
I called Brian, gave him the info,my vin, and 2 days later Ups shows up with the stuff to get me running again. This is without me ever giving the man a dime of my $.
I later returned the lq9 pump and my origional superchips of course.
The point being..... the man is the man and i hope he is sponsor he so this doesn't get zapped.
Above all that, he knows his chit when it come FI,

best.......

Are you guys serious? Come on already.

Okay, really now, past conflicts aside, as a businessman, Brian is top-notch.

When it looked like my recently examined Radix had issues with an injector, Brian sent me out not one, but two replacement injectors, no questions asked. Very impressive, especially considering that he doesn't even like me.

Excellent businessman who I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
