XLR8NSS if I may at least add an idea for future problems like this for everybody...In the future slowprocess have your bud call his credit card company and say he wants to challenge the charge. They won't be able to prove they shipped and unless they have a signed reciept from you stating you agree with pre-paid merchandise, they'll have to deal with there own poor business practices instead of you.
