Pro Stock John has been in touch with people from Fuddle and has asked them to give people updates. If you have an outstanding order or complaint that you'd like addressed please post your info in this thread. I will see about getting them to answer questions over here as well.

I currently have one of their 60e converters and John told me that when I switched to an 80e to give him a call and he would switch them out for for only the difference in price of the coverters so I have contacted him and have gotten on response from him. I dont know if this meets the criteria for this thread but I already have his product and want to exchange it for something else in accordance with his policy on his site.


Shoot me an Email John and let me know when I can call you and you will actually answer the phone.

i talked to john about 3 weeks ago and we talked about restalling my converter while i had my motor out. he said would only take about a week to do this so i sent it to him. here it is three weeks later and i dont have my converter from him yet!!!! i try to call but his mailbox it full so i cant leave a message...wtf??? i just need my converter back so i can get my truck back going

It would be nice if someone from Fuddle would call me back I dont care who, so atleast I can get my new converter so it will be ready when I get ready to fire the truck back up again.

I agree, I hope the product quality is the same.
Why couldnt they just post a thread on this! It would have cleared up alot and gave a ton of people piece of mind!

I actually called and spoke with some guy today! well yesterday! lol anyways he said that they sent my converter overnight and when i got home there it was... The guy claimed that my order did not go through their system, thats why it was late! They started on it when i sent my 50th email lol. Anyways the converter was packaged really well and the converter looks great! They wanted to give me a significant discount on my stall but all i really wanted is what i payed for, nothing more nothing less. The guy appologized for the delays and thanked me for my patience! Im now happy!!!!

BTW when i called at 10:48Am and someone picked up i almost had a heart attack!

The email address that they responded to me with was jfuddle@msn.com

I believe that they now are catching up with things.

i really like john and fuddle. i hope he gets better and the business can repair a damaged rep. i would buy from them again. might order it a few months before i need it but i would still buy from them. lol
