What can I say that you haven't heard a million times over already? FLT goes way beyond just taking care of their customers! I cannot put into words how much I appreciate the technical support and personal help, not to mention the great product they build.

Bill thanks for the props here. Chuck and I discussed your situation and came up with a solution that I knew would help you out after your converter issue. These things happen and knowing that you have us here at FLT is piece of mind in itself! Thank you. Vince

+1 they did a great job for us as well... We'll be @ HRP this fri. night to beat on it to see what it does now in the 1/4 with the new Flaco tune.

Everything is in and running smooth. I drove the 35 miles home from Synergy in mixed traffic, converter is locking great and trans shifting flawlessly! It's so nice to have her home again, thanks again, FLT!!

Are you sure you were ok to drive, i just called my family in San Jose and told them to hide out for a while... when you settle down ill give them a call.
