Atomic's customer service is awesome!!
So I ordered HP Tuners Pro and tuning services from Atomic a couple weeks ago. I finally finished the engine swap in my new (to me) '08 Sierra Denali this past week. I have never used HP Tuners before, and am unfamiliar with the software. Last night (Sunday 11/26/17) I sent Atomic my stock tune from the truck, and explained the only difference from bone stock is that now the engine is a 6.0L LC8 in place of the 6.2L L92. He sent me back a start tune and what channels to monitor during scanning. I didn't realize he had sent a tune, or the channel file. But he walked me through what was needed. I sent him a scan log this morning (unfortunately of the stock tune). He responded very quickly, and with an updated version of the tune.
Here is the kicker : He then informed me that he is about to under go surgery within hours. He is tuning right before, then was apologetic that he wouldn't be able to respond quickly. That is some awesome customer service, and am very happy with his work so far.

Another +1 from me. I had Richard tune my 370 swap around 4th of July. We had 8 or 9 exchanges in one day, each with logs and tune revisions, along with a few on the holiday too. Always answered any question I had and got me taken care of.
