no kdding, unbelievable in today's financial climate, who can afford to lose business? What is left for you to do?

 

treve from what he has already done doesnt seem like much left, i would personally see my attourney and have him send a legal letter stating he is being sued, for X amount of dollars, i went through this before, but it was a personal issue ( independant person) for a bout 3k. talked to my attourney, he sent out a letter, didnt work, so we put a judgement = lean against the person, until i was paid, well guess what, a judgment = lean will ruin a persons credit, dunno if this will help but it maybe a starting point for ya bill!!! good luck on the outcome!!

 

Well I just got off the phone with Howard... I am gonna just try to get the converter outta him since I have absolutely no way of getting ahold of John. The converter is not the result I wanted but it looks like its gonna have to do, its atleast better than nothing... hopefully ill be able to atleast get some of my money outta it

 

if you want to wait just 1 more week i am planning to ship my converter out to howard tonight or tomorrow. he can copy my converter exact over to yours.

 

I think that will probably only cost me more than it already has wont it? Plus your going to a 4000 arent you, I have streetd a 4000 before... it was fun but didnt go over to well in the snow

take it as a learning lesson. its 675 bucks to never deal with ppl or companys like him. Also use it to bash this person to your old and gray. Put something in your sig on this site and allow it to be seen on Ls1tech and other sites showing this guy and company is a POS. If they remove your sig then the person removing is as currupt as fuddle

Bill, have you contacted the Better Business Bereau? I know they can't MAKE him do right but they can future business uncomfortable for him. I could always have a "free-consult" with my Business Lawyer, and see what he advises if you'd like.
