Kinda sucks to be me right now

I did send in a complaint to the BBB yesterday though, hopefully they can help me a little. Its pissing me off cause John thinks he shouldnt have to refund me until he gets the money back from DHL.... which is bull **** cause if DHL turns the claim down as being damaged, do I get the converter back... even though it is damaged? (what a way to run a business). It just sucks cause I am getting tired of waiting, I shouldnt have to wait for the converter to be inspected to get my money... this is going on FOUR months now

I'd call a lawyer in Utah and have him knock on his door, or just punch him in the face, whatever works. Sorry to hear this man...

So let me explain why I'm posting here. I was browsing for a simple part number over on LS1 tech when I stumbled on a torque converter question. Me being me, I read something and if I don't understand it I keep investigating until I know all I can about said interesting thing. Well reading on in the torque converter thread I find some rant posts about a guy named Fuddle. Which by continuing on, leads me here to this thread. I just spent the last hour and a half reading everything I can about Fuddle and all I can say is wow, what a low life scum sucking bastard child. I just about died laughing when I came across a post where a member had a bunch of these smileys.

I'd say the appropriate response to this douchebag is to let a few pissed off marines track his *** down and have their way with him. Enough said.

Sorry for your shitty experiences, beastmode. I'm sure you have both LS1tech and PT.net behind your back on this one. Just remember to smile.

That was an awesome movie.

When Fuddle come onto the PT and LS1Tech scene they had the least expensive converters out there. That should tell you something. If a company comes out of nowhere offering a cheaper product usually its a inferior product and inferior business and the only way they can attrach customers is by low price.

The old "smoke and mirrors" sales techniques! It sucks IMO in a couple aspects. Not only does it effect sales for good companies that offer good products, the buyer gets screwed, and in most cases these new companies only run the market down by offering free **** or lower prices to go along with their product. When receiving perks with the sale of a product, you have to ask yourself, what is really going in to the final product? Being in the business, I hate to read topic's like this. Even worse when you loose sales and when these companies are gone you have to pick up the pieces. I see in the transmission business every day. Makes me sick! Good luck. Vince

Fuddle converters are not as cheap as everyone keeps refering to them as... I paid $675 for mine, which is only $75 cheaper than I paid for the Yank. You think had I know this was gonna take 5 months I woulda ordered it? I was copying a proven setup and went with the same converter, neither the person who has been helping me with my setup or I could have known this was gonna happen

Ya its very unfortunate.... and if things dont pan out the way I feel they should (which would be me getting my money back and not the repaired converter) I am gonna have to second guess buying through LS1tech if they are not gonna back ppl up over a ridiculous sponsor screwing someone over... and that sucks cause there are alot of good guys on here who wouldnt do this crap (you being one from what I have read Vince), it makes it hard for ppl to have confidence in a site when they let a deal go sour for 4-1/2 months only to let the buyer be screwed anyways

But I guess thats life

I am just still shocked he wont file a claim, refund me my money (knowing I have no need for this converter now) and be done with it and somewhat save a little bit of dignity... John would rather, fix the converter and ship it back to me leaving me with a converter I have to sell and take a $300 loss IF I am lucky... all because its a ******* "custom" converter... cause had it been a "non-custom" converter he woulda refunded me my money anyways??

The fact that Tech has let him be a sponsor on the board for as long as he has....well, that's kind of sad.
