Yeah... federal government would be real excited about that. Is there a legal precedence regarding something like this? Sure, seems like someone's trying to skate the law of selling alcohol, but is there a law that only states liquid-form, and can this be classified as a controlled substance?

isn't alcohol taxed by the fluid measure? like fluid oz?

I wonder what would happen if you snorted it?

Yes they tax it by the gallon. I think powdered beer sounds great, now a keg won't really weigh that much anymore. Instead of 12-packs, we can buy it in pounds.

now thats messed up, if the drinking age starts at 16 over there,
just what youth group are they targeting. 8 to 15.
i can see some kid 9 or 10 in the school lunch room loading up
the bottle water with a packet of jack daniels or jim bean.
little girl comes home from school and tells mommy i had a margarita with my
peanut butter and jelly.
If you mix different packs in a kool aid jug can you make long island iced tea.
