Default Working with AN fittings..... Got a question on wrenches...

I am working with some AN fittings and I got a Summit AN wrench set, but the wrenches do not fit the NPT fittings (hose ends and NPT to AN adapters)... I was just wondering what everyone else used...

Thanks in advance....

I've always used just regular 'ole wrenches...just be careful with them not to ding up your fittings. Has always worked perfect for me

Open end wrenches work fine. Have you seen the fitting wrenches that are a 3/4 box end? Enough opening to get the wrench over the tube and you get a 3/4 grip on the nut. If those don't work resort to hammer, channel locks, chisel, impact then sawzall

I was able to find a set of NPT wrenches from Jegs, only $59 for 5 sizes... I ordered them last night should be here by Tuesday!

There are some line wrenches, but I've always used open-ended wrenches. Never had an issue with using 'em.

i dont really like the blue and red. i stick with the nickel coated stuff just to keep it all the same color and it doesn't seem to scratch up like the red and blues stuff.
