why do people talk bad about people just trying to help them.i builded and installed a 5.3 in a truck with all the dressing,the guy never got it tuned and wounder why it blew it 10k miles later.when then put a 6.0 in with all the stuff from the 5.3 got a tune this time all is good then all of a sudden boom
a rod come through are something to that nature,igot a phone call and was told that oil and coolant was all under the truck.now to top this off i think i charged are made a wopping 300 for the 5.3 to 6.0 swap.and the first swap i think i made a whole 900 now that is me doing alll the everything.

the guy then gets a good friend of mines number and calls him for a motor and ask him if he could do the work cause in a short it was my fault that the motor blew.


this is why i don't want to do this no more

 

some people just dont have any respect anymore

let your friend install a new motor for him.
it won't take long he will blow that one too.
it is not hard to figure out who has more money then brains.
they don't know how to take care of ****, but they have the money to fix it.

That is why I stick to rear axles. Not much to go wrong, and it is easy to tell who is at fault when stuff breaks.

People suck though. It would **** me off to be treated like that.

 

Well, I think Randys work sucks. He did my gears, now my truck slides all over the place. In 4wd, I dont know what he did, but it starts smoking on all the corners. My tires hate his work

 

thats what i hate about our mustang dyno is that it always puts out lower numbers and most ignorant people dont understand what dyno's are for and they just want higher numbers..you can only do so much in the tuning and thats to gettin the a/f nailed down and your timing and if all thats correct, your only going to get what your getting..then a kids mustang that i tuned a while back blew his motor up and he said that it was too lean when it blew up and that the tuning is off..i asked him if he still had his dyno sheet and asked him what his a/f was and he said 12.5, then i said ok then you know its not lean, then he said the tune had changed and was off..and i proceded to tell him that your tune cannot mysteraly change the a/f..when some ones **** fails they gotta blame it on some one..sad thing is ive done alot of work for this kid and is pretty good friend of mine
