I think you need to dyno/tune the ************ and then take it to the track to see where you are at on the whole deal.. then go from there. We've all followed this build over the past few months and we need some closure on the deal.

Scott I in its current form I cant run it at the track the WOT 2-3 shift is not a good thing it slips BAD. Im going to get it tuned friday. I may get some 1/8th mile times but no 1/4 times unless the trans decides it will shift WOT 2-3. I know a solid roller cam is not "needed" but I WANT it. I dont like having the same **** as everyone Im not afraid of having to set the valve lash on it every 1K miles or whatever after it all breaks in good. I already have Jesel Shaft mount rockers with teh adjustable pushrod cups sitting in the tool box on my truck. I can spin the motor higher with a sloid roller valvetrain and wont ahve to worry about the lifters collapsing on me. I think the suspension mods that I am talking about will go a long way to making it hook better. Lowering it, cal-tracs and the shocks will make a big difference in how it hooks.

i serously think you need drag radials. i can light em up from a stop without any problem on the street and track. i dont understand how some guys say they can stall up to 1500(factory stall) and mash it to the floor on the launch and never lose traction with street tires. i had to stall to 800 and ***** foot it off the line to barely keep traction on the factory stall. you can drive my truck in march and decide for yourself if you dont decide by then. drag radials are your best bet IMO.

Yeah Im thinkin DRs are in order just dont like how short the ***** are. I am looking into finding some slicks for the rear that match my front tire hieght perfectly so I can heat the rear up hit the 4wd buttong and

lift block removal, 2" drop shackle amybe jsut 1" front will be a while for the spindles but for now loosen the t-bars so 1" up front and 3 out back will look decent for now later spindles for 2" up front and lift the tbars back up and then 4 out back so yeah those would work well can you hook me up on those through your buddy
