Default what a morning

Get on the interstate today and my goddamned tranny cooler line decides to pop off. Im sure about 20 cars and trucks need a carwash now, including mine lol. So i had to have her towed to Orilley auto parts and buy me 7 quarts of fluid and clamp the line back on.

Thank god a friend of mine owns a towing company.

BTW Ron (1badc10) passed me and kept going lol

I wasn't sure it was him. I'm not in the habit of calling people's cell at around 6am. I did send a TM to his phone though (as if that would be better if he were asleep at home). I figured I'd stop at the next exit to wait for a response (& get a SE McMuffin from McD's). Well, I didn't get a response, so I said "tally-hoe". As soon as I get back on I-10 East, my phone rings... guess who? By that time, he had already called his buddy with the tow truck.

All I saw as I went by was a black RCSB on rims with the hood up. I couldn't see if anyone was standing in front or not (windows are apparently dark enough). I could only glance as I didn't think it'd be safe to turn my whole head around or look in mirrors for an extensive amount of time. I would've doubled-back to bring him a few quarts from a gas station, but like I said, he had already called his buddy in Gonzales. Next time (if any), I'll just call your **** early in the morning, since I know you're up at that time. Matt & I (even Randy) know we're up early, but unless I "know" ya, I won't do that to you.

Glad you got it back on the road tho. At least it wasn't like mine with a busted trans cooler. Ask Nick about that. That was interesting.

Ahh, well... it's the truth. Had I actually SEEN him, I'd have pulled over. I don't make it a point to pull over to help strangers... though, I did make a gesture to pull over one day, driving on the same stretch of road, when I saw a mother holding a baby, a 2 or 3-sh year old in the other arm, and an older child (probably 6 yrs old) walking away from her van that had a blowout. It was starting to rain, and I applied the brake to pull over, but I saw two cars in front of me already backing up on the shoulder to pick 'em up (or help out).

I had the thought to help b/c I thought of my wife & three kids... guess I'm a sucker for mothers. Oh yeah... it wasn't b/c she was a MILF either.
