I can get Toyo 275/60/16s for $112 a piece. I just bought 275/60/17s for my Avalanche wheels at $115 a piece. Not bad, $3 more for 17's.

the general grabber uhp's are the ****. i have them on my 20's and they are light, get great traction for a street tire and are cost affective. find the size you need and by all means give them a shot.

i will say they will get as good as traction as the proxies will. bigkid and others have had the proxies around here and i was able to see how they performed. even on spray i would catch traction faster on the street than them guys.

Well my friend picked up my(hmm guess there his now) wheels yesterday. Rollin the stockers off his suburban now I did not know how good the traction was with the 285 50's till now. I pulled out of a parking lot onto the feeder road to get on the hghway, there was traffic coming. Normally I would just gas it and get over, BUT NOOO I have stock tire and they went up in smoke lol. Guy drove by looking at me like what the hell are you doin. Needless to say I missed the on ramp and had to go down the feeder lol. Oh yea truck looks like crap now I don't think the sleeper look suits me too well

get some 18" centerlines IMO... not too flashy but really nice looking wheels... I believe they have some light ones too...I have always loved they way 99% of centerline's wheels looked.
