USAF. I've been in Special Operations my whole 13 years in. I inspect and maintain pilot crap. Such as parachutes, night vision goggles, survival radios, blah blah. I am the boss of a 10 man shop so I dont do much inspecting anymore, I'm more of the admin, make sure **** runs right guy. I currently work with AC-130 Gunships and 5 years ago I worked with MH-53 Pavelow helicopters. (yes, the Air Force has helicopters) Having a top secret clearance is cool, I get to hear pretty good intel reports. I feel sorry for people who have to believe what CNN reports.

i work for a metal company as a machinist. i run a waterjet cutting machine. i cut all grades of stainless, aluminum, mild steel, brass, copper, and other stuff on a machine that cuts anything from 26 guage up to 8" thick
i basically sit on my *** while the machine takes 40-60 hours to cut a 35" od circle out of 3" thick stainless. all the overtime i want, whenever i want it. cant complain. although, i do draw programs for the machines, so i get bored, draw, and cut all kinds of cool stuff like bottle openers, guage panels, cool key chains, stuff like that. i think its pretty cool watching 50,000 psi of water cut metal
im workin full time in the evenings, 3-11 pm, and going to to school in the mornings.
*EDIT* i am now currently unemployed, and may have to quit school to find some full time work to support myself, and my expensive truck habits
