I'm a warehouse manager for a agricultural chemical/seed distributor. Basically, I work hard for about 6.5-7 months out of the year distributing chemicals and seed to farmers and the other months I get to pull my truck/car into my warehouse and work on it all day. I'm here all alone all day though, so sometimes it gets pretty boring.......during the winter it gets EXTREMELY boring.

AUO (assistant unit operator) @ a nuclear power plant. I monitor and operate and control equipment out in the field. Don't know if I will ever go for my nuclear license to be a control room operator. Something about sitting in a chair for 12.5 hrs and hoping someone will come relieve you so you can ****. Not to mention the $45k a year I will miss out on overtime for 1.5-2 years in class.

I work for the Port of Houston Authority..
been there for a year and a half..
Great Job, I am on stand by 90% of the time,
I work on these

If they are working I am sleeping, if they arent working I am busting my *** getting them working again...
I went to school for 5 years to sit on my *** 9 hours out of the day.. and get payed OT to sit in a truck all night long and sleep while they are loading and unloading container ships..
I have a company truck but it stays at the port..
I have to drive mine back and forth everyday, but it's only 22 miles round trip..

and the pay and Bennifits are outstanding...
I work for the Government.. so I am set for life..
