I know bigger is not better, but I LOVE LOPE!!! after this racing season, I am wanting to change cams, I currently have a 226/226 and the truck is running pretty damn good with that cam with no issues... so after I break some records this season I am wanting to get more lope for my taste.... I think its a little on the big side but I think with my converter flashing @ 3900-4000 I shouldnt see a big loss on it... and Im thinking that after this year Im not going to be running my truck hard at the track no more, I just gonna want it to cruise around and make it look nice while having a mean *** sound to it. I want to work on the "show" mod more next year, paint job, redo interior, etc... I have been thinking about this for a few months but I really want to hold off until this season ends though.... so what do yall think...?
its the Texas Speed Torquer v.2 Camshaft 232/234 .595/.598 112
by the way after I saw this video it inspired me some more towards it....

you have ls6 heads on your LQ4 right? so about 10.5:1 comp?
cause i think you are going to need some compression for that cam.
also, on a cam that big you might run into a lack of vacuum and have problems with your brakes.
