I think it is a good move buying a house! It is an investment that will eventualy score you some money. I know when I built my house I was basically broke for a year or so. Buying crap like water hoses, sprinklers, lawn mower, weed eater, refrig, Faux blinds. Then the upgrades start like crown molding, tile, bathroom fixtures, ceiling fans. Little crap that you never think of adds up. But IMO you can't go wrong with buying a house, and as a bonus you get a pretty good tax write off (mortgage interest and taxes.)

 

u guys tellin him just do the 6.0 , then hes gonna need a tranny . and that aint a chepa swap to a 4l80e or a built 4l60 . theres plenty of guys runnin 12's on motor in a 5.3 and there a dime a dozen .
