Default Truck trying to start on it's own??????

Ok so i did a head swap over the last few days and i was goin to start charging the battery with some jumper cables because the battery in the truck had been dead for at least two weeks from not driving it.

Anyway i hook up the jumpercables and the truck tries to turn over on it's own?
Key is out of the truck just give it power to the batt and the motor turns over.
Not fast or anything...i mean it's not enough juice for it to crank just a real slow turn over and not a steady one ethier. Kinda like roommm pause roommmmm pause roommmmm.
So any guesses as to why the truck is trying to start on it's own?

We also changed the starter cause the orginal was faulty.....any chance this has something to do with it?

Also i was asked on another forum so i'll add it here.
The truck has remote start and normally if my battery was dead and i toss some jumper cables on it, the instant i get power to the battery the alarm will go off and i have to disarm it everytime.
This time around no alarm trying to go off just the truck trying to start?
Maybe it's not enough power to make the alarm sound cause the truck is trying to start?

well...the name you've given your truck may be a clue...

or maybe it's a Transformer...

Seriously though...that is strange...I don't have any idea...
good luck...

Well...if you replaced the starter - start there. Dry kill had the same problem, there were a couple of wires touching at the starter.
