I just want to swap the complete rear-ends. I'd go back with the 3.23's if I was going to pay someone to set it up again. Sorry not interested in 3.42's.

I don't know if doing gears is 'hard' or not, but I do know that they are very easy to screw up. Gears are one thing I will pay to have done.
