Default trade 4.10s for 3.42s in DFW

I have Yukon 4.10s in my truck, they have less than 5k miles on them, only been in 11 months. changed the oil once after install. Looking to trade for some good 3.42s. The gears are still installed, would be willing to split swap labor for part of the trade or whatever. DFW ONLY...

I think I've got a set of 3.42's I'll sell you for next to nothing if you are interested

If you trade, swapping the entire rearend housing would be necessary to avoid any gear tolerance mismatching.

sure is... might go for a 5th... I just got your pm Bass, we could do something, you would have to have your truck here and be able to leave it at the installer's shop for atleast a few hours for him to make the swap.

Won't you be paying for 2 installations if you trade like that? Seems that you could buy a 3.42 ring and pinion cheaper than the install is going to run you?

Just my 2% of a dollar...
