Trade 4.10ed rear for a 3.23ed rear

I have a 3:73 If you need one. The only difference is the outer bearings. You can use any 8.5 inch GM rear end you just need to need to change the outer carrier bearings. I am running a set of gears from a 2004 in my 1991. All I had to do is swap those outer bearings.

I have been looking all over for a gear upgrade, have found some "new" OEM replacement rear ends but they are a bit pricey.
How many miles on yours?
Do you still have it?
Mine is in a 2wd crew with 3.23 and 25k miles, mostly highway, never raced (not yet anyway..
