I wouldnt but to each his own I've heard that the 4.7 are real dogs especially in 4x4??? my uncle used to have a 4.7 2wd and it was a gas hogger!! now he bought a 05 5.3 2wd EC and he said he will never buy a dodge again....

That truck looks sharp, but as the previous concern was stated, the 4.7L is a dog in comparison to a GM. It depends on what you want to do with it

Even though I'm a dodge fan, if your planning on doing anything to it performance wise, you'll probably endup spending twice as much to get the same result as a 318ci or 360ci. Maybe even the HEMI! Just my opinion!!

I have on 02 quad cab sport in silver, 20 inch wheels and leather, fully loaded. No hemi since I got it in prehemi era. It has plenty of space and room. Since u dont plan on modding for performance its a good truck. Two bad things from the one i have ride smoothness and MPG, but it wont be so bad since u got the 17 inch wheels with more sideway/ cushion. Gotta love the front end though. In a month i will have it for 4 years with no major mechanical problems. Its your call on it though.
