Default Stearing shaft hitting header

I noticed lately that when I turn left, I was getting a strange noise, did a little looking around and found the culprit. The header and stearing shaft have been banging together

My question is how to fix it? I know back in the day a ball pein hammer would take care of the problem, but Im scared Ill mess up the ceramic coating on the headers, so how do I handle it?

Is everything secure and tight along the steering shaft - no excess slop in it? I've heard of the end of the bolt hitting the headers, but not the hex head of the bolt hitting. You might try just trimming some off with a dremel...see if that helps?

Everything is tight. Its not the bolt hitting, its the steering shaft itself

I dont know how long its been doing it. Ive been noticing it a couple of months though. I really dont think its the headers, cause the truck has been wrecked hard on the drivers side, but I dont remember it rubbing when the headers were first on eigther.
