Sorry I missed this post guys...I plan on going if the weather holds up, which isn't looking too promising right now. I'll have the truck out there but I won't be racing it.
There's going to be grudge racing and a big T&T session...you don't have to race the big dogs in the heads up race.
Freedom...maybe someday my "chubby" can be as past as your L. Are you the one in the SB truck that's always out at Jax on Tuesday and Saturday night?

Yeah man, and I was just messing around, I am really a chevy guy, just love the Lightnings, have never owned any other Ford and probably never will. With the new go-fast goodies I should be deep into the 11's before spray, add the 50 shot and hoping for low 11's.....
I am also SBlightning on jaxracing.com....

I'll have to come up and say hey the next time I see you out there.
SHHHHH, don't tell anyone, but I was looking at L's when I bought my Sierra. I just couldn't afford one at the time. Maybe someday I'll have one...

As for my results, 9.5 1/8th 2.0 60ft. and no bottle. A new N/A best for me in the 88 degree heat.

Man did it feel good to race again! I only made one pass, but it did really well considering the heat. I ran a 9.09 1/8th on my 13.91 pass back in February last year, and in the heat today it went 9.13 @ 79.48. And somehow both back tires spun in the burnout, even though I have an open rear! Got my best 60' ever of 2.20 on 20" low profile radials...not bad in my book. I can't wait to get the gears, Eaton and Cal Tracs installed!
